Privacy policy
What we collect
When you create an account we collect the sign-in details you provide — your name, email address or phone number, and optionally your state and the exam you are preparing for. When you take a test we store your answers, the time spent on each question, your score and the device session used, because those are what produce your analytics and keep your attempt honest. When you buy a Premium plan, our payment provider processes the payment and returns a payment reference, amount and status, which we store to activate your plan and issue a receipt. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
How we use it
Your data is used to run your account, deliver and score tests, show your performance analysis and streaks, compare your result against other aspirants in an anonymous aggregate, activate and renew Premium access, issue receipts, and keep the platform secure against account sharing and abuse.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your attempt history or contact details with other users. Cohort comparisons on result pages are aggregated and do not identify other students.
Service providers
We rely on third parties strictly to operate the platform: a cloud database and authentication provider for accounts and content, a payment gateway for Premium purchases, and Google AdSense for advertising on free pages. Advertising and analytics cookies set by Google are governed by Google's own policies; ads are not shown on private pages such as your dashboard, an ongoing attempt or checkout.
Retention and deletion
Account, attempt and payment records are kept while your account is active, and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and its attempt history; see Contact.
Your choices
You can update your profile details from your account, sign out of a device from Account → Devices, and stop using the service at any time. Children under 13 should use the platform only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page. Continued use of क्रांति after an update means you accept the revised policy. See also our terms of service.
